DPI undertakes, within the framework of its activities and in accordance with the legislation in force in France and in Europe, to ensure the protection, confidentiality and security of the personal data of its customers and suppliers, as well as to respect their privacy.

Why does DPI process your data?
DPI only processes personal data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes. DPI does not process these data in a manner incompatible with these purposes.
DPI processes data in the context of the performance of a contract

Who are the recipients of your data?
The data collected is intended for DPI's internal services. The data collected will not be processed outside the European Union.
Persons concerned by the processing of personal data have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them. They may also request the portability of the latter. They have the right to object to the processing carried out or to request its limitation.
Persons concerned by the processing of personal data may issue directives on the retention, deletion or communication of their personal data after their death.

Any request to exercise rights must be accompanied by a photocopy of proof of identity (national identity card issued by the French State or European Union identity card or passport, resident card issued by the French State, residence permit issued by the French State or travel booklet issued by the French State.
A response will be sent within one month of receipt of the request.
If the exchanges with DPI have not been satisfactory, the person concerned has the possibility of filing a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL), the supervisory authority responsible for compliance with obligations regarding personal data in France.
What data is processed?
Depending on the case, DPI processes personal data, directly collected from the Customer or User or resulting from the use of the products or services. DPI may also be the recipient of data that has been collected by a third party from the person concerned.
DPI only processes data or a category of data if it is strictly necessary for the purpose pursued. You can find information on these purposes above.
DPI processes the following categories of data:
Identification data: Name, first name, identifier, SIREN…
Contact details: postal address, email, telephone number, etc.
Economic and financial data: means of payment, payment history, etc.
How is data secured?
DPI ensures that data is processed securely and confidentially. For this purpose, appropriate technical and organizational measures are put in place to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration and deletion of personal data concerning you. These measures are adapted according to the level of sensitivity of the data processed and according to the level of risk presented by the processing or its implementation.
